Shipping policy

The cookie dough we deliver is frozen. This means someone must be at home to receive and place the cookie dough balls directly in the freezer.

• Not at home If you're not home when we arrive we cannot leave the cookie dough outside because it is perishable. We will call the number you've given to make an alternate arrangement such as a trusted neighbor.
  
• Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery address and postcode before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
