Refund policy

Because our cookie dough is perishable, we cannot accept returns once cookies have left our kitchen.

• Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please snap a photo and email us at [aura@auracookies.com] within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for affected items.

• Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery address and postcode before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
